Robert Miranda - President
Robert directs all aspects of commercial pre-construction, customer relations, estimating, finance, accounting, information technology, purchasing, marketing and joint venture operations for the company. He has been working in roofing (especially Ins. Claims from Hail/Wind Damage) and general contracting for over 16 years.
Robert’s commercial building oversight includes financial planning and analysis, project acquisition and estimating, strategic planning, bank relations and financing, risk management/legal affairs, corporate finance, investment analysis and financial and tax reporting. He has procured, supervised, and managed multiple roofing and general contracting projects ranging from $5,000 up to $10,000,000.
Prior to joining Finesse in 2001, Robert held foreman, superintendent and management position with Sunbelt Contractors and other companies in Texas (Roofing and General Contracting). He also served as foreman and supervisor for Moyer Plumbing in Tyler, TX. Robert earned a B.B.A. in computer information systems from Texas State University and an A.A.S in physics from Tyler Junior College. He has been a roofing certified installer with Shamrock Building Supplies (Shingle Roofing System), Henry Roofing Systems (Gold Seal Contractor), GAF, Mule-hide, United Coatings, Lapolla, Lucas and Conklin Coatings. He holds a Real Estate License in Arizona and General Contractors and/or Roofing License in the state of Arizona, Colorado-Denver, Utah and California, an Insurance Adjuster’s License in the state of TX and is a current member of the International Code Council (Building Code- Membership # 8117017). Robert has also been a HAAG Engineering Certified Roof Inspector.
Michael Bida - Vice president of field operations
Mike oversees all aspects of services and site operations and safety as well as on the field customer service functions for Finesse. Mike has been the driving force behind the implementation of refined scheduling systems, level production techniques, the efficiencies associated with the forgoing and the development of the company’s leading customer service team on the field. He is also responsible for the quality assurance for every major rehab and tenant improvements (Commercial and Residential) ranging from $1,000- $10,000,000+. Mike has 4 years of insurance claim from Hail/Wind damage on Residential and Commercial properties. Mike holds a B.S. in Biology from Central Michigan University with a minor in Business. Prior to joining Finesse, Mike held positions at WB Construction in Berkley, MI for a span of 5 years as a Project Manager and Field Supervisor. He is a Certified Roof Installer from GAF and Shamrock Roofing Systems and holds a LEAD Certification.
Nick Wood - Vice President of Commercial Operations
Nick oversees all aspects of commercial operations for Finesse. From pre-construction, scheduling, site management and closeout. Nick has extensive experience from past projects and uses this knowledge to ensure a successful project each and every time. He holds a general contractors license in the state of Arizona and is a Certified Roof Installer for Shamrock Building Supplies (shingle roofing system). Nick also holds OSHA, Drywall and Caulking Installation Certifications.
Prior to joining Finesse, Nick held positions at Toby Keith’s Bar and Grill (Development Division- over 13 built nationwide) and EBCO General Contractor (multiple Hotels Built) as a senior project manager during the last 15 years. He has over 19 years in the construction industry and has been the lead manager on projects ranging from $10,000 to $6,000,000. Nick has held positions as laborer, carpenter, superintendent and project manager on major commercial projects.
Don Constenbader – Commercial Project Manager
Don has been a major asset to Finesse on field operations for ground up construction. He oversees projects from pre-construction, scheduling, site management to closeout. He has a background in framing, superintending and project managing large commercial projects with a vast focus on hospitality ground up construction. He has worked for larger general contracting firms in AZ, TX and CA and has been an important part of development and construction of many hotels, restaurants, custom homes and commercial/multifamily projects nationwide. Don holds an OSHA and project management certification.
Cole DeSanta - Head of Marketing and Roofing Sales Manager (Texas)
Prior to joining Finesse in 2010, Cole worked as a CAD tech for Steven’s Custom Homes. For the last 5 years, he has become an expert in Hail/Wind roof damage and insurance procedures. Cole has been the driving force of Finesse on many major roofing projects and has led the marketing team to highest number of jobs sold from 2010-Present. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design Studies from Arizona State University.
Adam Cavrell - Director of Marketing and Business Relations (Texas)
Joined Finesse Construction in 2010. Graduate of Arizona State University, majoring in Business Management and Marketing. Adam has grown Finesse Construction exponentially across the United States. Adam handles all customer relations and is the driving force behind all Finesse Construction endeavors. In addition, Adam handles all new sales associates, training and individual growth within Finesse in Texas.
Joe Gullion - Business Development Manager (Arizona)
A Kansas City native, and a University of Nebraska baseball alum, Joe joined the Finesse Construction team in February, 2015. Prior to Finesse Construction, Joe was the President for Wholesale Lighting, a wholesale distribution company providing finish products for national home builders in the Phoenix market. Partnering with such companies as Pulte Homes, DR Horton/Continental, and KB Home, his company realized $8-10M in annual revenue and he helped grow his company to a size of 75 employees. In addition to his experience in the home building industry, Joe spent two years in sales for Phoenix based Harmon Electric, within the Arizona residential solar market.
With 12 years of experience in the construction industry, Joe strives to create professional and personal relationships founded on trust and integrity. For Finesse Construction, Joe is responsible for business development, account management and client relationships.
Melanie Battershell –Office Manager
Prior to joining Finesse in 2009, Melanie worked as a office manager at a large property management firm in Phoenix AZ. She managed the fix and flips projects and handled all subcontractor payouts, buy outs, and customer billing. She has had of 160 hours of accounting and billing training, including yearly continued education courses in order to better our billing system and improve project efficiency and accounting. She has handled national accounts as well as ground up project accounting and bank relationship. She has been the back bone of Finesse and has made sure clients get superior customer service and attention to their concerns.
Jill Lynch – Assistant Office Manager
Jill joined Finesse Construction in 2015. She has held office management positions for multiple construction companies prior to joining our team. Jill has taken on many challenges in the office and has assisted our production teams with all their pre-construction needs including but not limited to accounting/billing, equipment rentals scheduling and negotiating, Sub-contractor insurance coverage verification, Sub-contractor billing verification, pre-liens, lien releases and more.
